This is title replacement insurance. We want you to be completely satisfied with every order from Time Monster. But, if you are not satisfied with any books received, you may replace them with the same number of other selected titles, of any book you want, and have your budget fully refunded for the replaced books. We will pay for your return shipping cost. You may select your replacement titles from any of our many Automated Booklists.
We make it easy and inexpensive for you to replace books once all are received. Replacing titles in our Booklists is like changing a book on your bookshelf - you slide a book out and we slide another one in! Just send us the titles and ISBN’s by email and we will do the rest. Also, we pay for your return shipping cost of your replaced books by giving you our shipping ID.

RETURN. Do not return until steps ONE AND TWO are completed. Note: Because our replacement insurance is contingent upon equal replacement (not price, but number of titles) it is necessary that we verify the selected replacement titles before you return the books. So send us your selected new replacement titles before you return the books.
To qualify for our Title Replacement Insurance:
- notify us within 60 days after receipt of all books ordered.
- select an equal number of new titles as the number you replaced (you do not need to match the total price of your replaced books, just the number of books)

What do you mean by “Replacement”?
Replacements refer to “title replacement” rather than “dollar value replacement”. To make the replacement quick and easy for you, you replace with an equal number of titles, rather than reaching for an equal dollar value. We refund the total price for the returned books and re-invoice for the title replacements at the Time Monster prices published in the Automated Booklists. You are free to make your replacement selections of lower or higher dollar value, depending on what books you chose. This method is fast and accurate.
ONE. TWO. RETURN. Returningis easy because our Automated Booklists are so easy to use. If you are replacing 5 books, then you will select 5 new titles from our Automated Booklists. You merely attach the booklists and return to us by email.
What procedure do you require to make the replacement easy and smooth?
Don’t decide on the replacements until you have received all the books you ordered. Select the replacement titles from our Booklists and simply return the booklists to us by email return. If you are selecting additional titles too, then indicate these new titles so we know which titles are new.

You then will return the original books to us. We will pay for the return shipment by sending you our Shipping ID number. Please note, if you fail to obtain our shipping number and ship under your own account, then we cannot reimburse for the return shipping cost.
May I add new titles to the replacement, while I am doing it?
Yes, but indicate which titles from our Booklists are new as opposed to being replaced. To designate new titles (those in addition to the replaced titles) bold the ISBN numbers of these titles in our Booklists.
Is there a limit to the number of titles that I can replace?
No. We want to give you the option of replacing any titles that you do not like upon receipt. In short, we want you to be very satisfied with our unique service so you will use our service, again and again.
Could I have a straight book return, without a replacement?
We offer you our REPLACEMENT INSURANCE rather than a book return option, because this solves the financial challenge to offer you a NO RESTRICTION satisfaction guarantee of selected titles.
Can I request more Booklists to choose titles from?
Yes, we have numerous Booklists of professionally selected titles to choose from. So just contact us by email and we will send you more booklists or go to our website where you can order from the same booklists there at www.timemonster.ca
Should I Overselect for Replacements?
Yes, to ensure availability of your selected titles. We suggest that you select 7 titles to ensure stock of the 5 titles, considering out of prints too. We will not send you more than 5 titles of course.
May I replace from my own “wish lists”?
Yes, you don’t have to use our Automated Booklists, if you want to use your own “wish list” of titles. The same rule applies, that you send us no less than the same number of titles as you cancelled. In these cases, we will supply the replaced titles after we advise you of the prices and you approve them. Again we suggest that you “overselect” by 2 or 3 titles to allow for the possibility of any OP’s (out of prints). Use the template above.
How much time do you allow me to make the replacement?
Your replacement option is open to you for 60 days from receipt of your shipment.
How many new titles do I select to replace the original books received?
You select the same number of titles as you originally ordered. If any of those selected are out of print we will advise immediately by email. We always purge all requests immediately to save you time.
Could I have a refund rather than a replacement?
We offer you our REPLACEMENT INSURANCE rather than a book refund option, because this solves the financial challenge to offer you a NO LIMIT satisfaction guarantee of selected titles. We are striving to make the replacement insurance program remarkably easy for you.
Do I receive a credit if the total price of the new books is lower than the original books?
Yes, we will credit your original invoice for the original titles and send you a new invoice for your new titles.
How much time will it take to receive my replacements?
Book replacements will take from 15 to 30 school days, depending on where your school is located.
Who pays for the shipping costs?
Time Monster pays for your return shipping costs and insurance up to $100. We apply our regular shipping charge for sending the replacement books to you.
