Our Automated Booklists are designed and published by Time Monster for your full electronic selection and ordering.
The AUTOMATED BOOKLIST is a listing of professionally chosen titles to support the teaching curriculum and the reading requirements of school libraries, attractively presented to you in colour in a unique format, and delivered to you as an email attachment. These book listings display all classifications - fiction to non fiction to reference. We use the famous Excel spreadsheet to organize the title information to enable you to use all our AUTOMATED BOOKLISTS easily and quickly. We have designed the AUTOMATED BOOKLIST so you need no knowledge of Excel to use it.

What does an Automated Booklist contain?
 Time monster publishers a catalogue of AUTOMATED BOOKLISTS for easy reference, including Author lists, Dewey lists and Theme lists. There are dozens of lists containing:

1. 20 to 150 books per list.
2. ISBN, title, author, publisher, cover picture, description, year, grade level, list price, school price, low online price, total price, for each title.
3. Title selections are made from the best titles, across all publishers.
4. All lists include currently published titles. Some lists are comprised only of current titles.
5. Shows the total price of all books selected.
6. Some lists are all paperbacks, some a mixture.
7. How to return books.
8. Copyright.
9. Shows you the selection threshold to obtain the Discounted School and Library prices and additional discounts.

Why is it called “Automated” ?
It is called “automated” because our booklists, are electronic spreadsheets, alive and interactive. Each booklists is functionally the same - it calculates all its own prices at a glance. You enter the quantity of titles that you select. You open pictures and view covers. You can click on annotations and read them. You will instantly see the total price including GST, so you can gauge your purchases with your budget. Also, after you make your selections, the AUTOMATED BOOKLIST may be returned to us via the internet, by email, merely by clicking on “return”. Thirdly, we summarize your choices into one page and then return them to you. You now have an electronic copy of your order. You may print and use it as a purchase order and a check list. And most important, the means of sending them to you (and you returning them) is via the internet, via email, the method of choice of school librarians.
