We are constantly working on reducing the time it takes to ship orders to you. The majority of books that you request from us come from either Canada or the US. We are pleased to be able to offer discount shipping Option across Canada.
Please note that we do advance work to minimize delays. For example:
We screen and purge every title for availability that is selected for our booklists. To order from our booklists reduces the frequency of “not available” titles.
How is my order processed?
Your order is treated as unique. Each order for each school is ordered individually. We do not mix your order with other orders. This method is a net gain for you: less error potential and increased speed of package processing.
What shipping companies do you use?
We use Canada Post and Canpar for our shipping within Canada and UPS for international.
How does my order arrive?
Your order will arrive in one or two shipments depending on how large the order is and how much of the order is in stock. On average, you can expect your order to arrive in two shipments:
1st shipment: less than 15 school days to main Canadian cities. These titles come from in-stock. Typically, we send up to 60% of your order from stock.
2nd shipment: less than 30 school days.
This part of your order is ordered directly from publishers, hence increasing the total time required. In this case, you are not charged for the shipping cost within Canada or outside. If the books are imported, you are not charged for the shipping cost to Canada’s border, but we do add a customs charge by our border brokers for clearing procedures tax submissions and paperwork.
3rd shipment: This usually results from extraordinary situations such as - not yet published, or overseas publishers by sea, holiday seasons,etc. This category usually represents a small percentage of total orders. We place an automatic cancellation on all orders over 90 days, unless you instruct us otherwise.

How do I pay?
You may pay by credit card or invoice. Online or Offline
Minimum Order
When you order from our Automated Booklists or send us titles to price and order, there is a minimum single order of 7 books to achieve economy of scale for shipping costs.
